Recipe- Healthy and Yummy Soya and Baby Corn Dum Biryani

Substances

Soya chunks – 1 cup soaked & drained
Child corn – 10 sliced diagonally
Basmati rice – 1 half cups soaked ( 45 minutes)
Black pepper – 10-12
Bay leaves – 4
Inexperienced cardamoms – 7-9
Caraway seeds (shahi jeera) – 2 tsp
Saffron (kesar) – 1pinch
Ghee – Three tsp
Cloves – 2-3
Onion – 1 medium sliced
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
Tomato Paste – 2 Tbsp
Recent cream – half cup
Butter – 2 Tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Crimson chilli powder – 1 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/Four tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 Tbsp
Yogurt – 1 cup
Mint leaves – 1 cup chopped
Coriander leaves – 1 cup chopped
Screwpine essence (kewra)- 1/Four tsp
Orange shade – Few Drops
Fried onions – 1 cup

Methodology

* Warmth enough water in a deep non-stick pan. Add half the black pepper, 2 bay leaves, half the inexperienced cardamoms, 1 tsp Sahi jeera and 1 teaspoon ghee. Combine nicely.

* Add rice and blend gently. Prepare dinner until the rice is 3/Four finished. Take away from warmth, pressure and put aside.

* Warmth remaining ghee in a non-stick pan. Add remaining sahi jeera, peppercorns, cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves and blend nicely. Add sliced onion and saute until it turns golden.

* Add ginger-garlic paste, combine and saute nicely. Add tomato paste and blend nicely.

* Add turmeric powder, purple chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt and 2-Three Tbsp of water. Combine nicely and cook dinner till masala cooks nicely.

* Add child corn and soya chunks, combine nicely. Saute for 2-Three minutes .

* Add yoghurt and blend nicely. Now add half mint leaves, coriander leaves and a couple of Tbsp of fried onions and blend nicely. Cowl and cook dinner for 3-Four minutes.

* In Separate bowl; mix cream, butter and saffron and blend nicely. Put aside.

* Now Unfold the ready rice on the greens. High with cream-butter combination and drizzle kewra essence on prime. Sprinkle remaining mint leaves, coriander leaves, garam masala powder and fried onions.

* Sprinkle few drops of orange shade. Cowl with an aluminium foil, place a lid on prime, scale back warmth and cook dinner for 15 minutes.

* Garnish with some fried onions and serve Sizzling.
